The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has offered some compensation to the family of late Nollywood make-up artist, Abigail Frederick, who died alongside Nollywood actor, Junior Pope, in a boat mishap in Anambra State.
Governor Eno paid a condolence visit to Abigail’s family in Ikot Udoma, Eket Local Government Area of the state.
a statement via Instagram on Saturday, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ekerete Udoh, disclosed that Eno showed concern for the grieving family.
According to him, the compensation Governor Eno offered Abigal’s Kindfamily includes:
- Automatic employment to elder sister
- Directed a renovation of the family house to modern standard
- Promised assistance to the undergraduate sisters who are at the University of Uyo
